DailyDice is a mobile application that gamifies daily habits through randomized dice-based challenges. Users roll daily, complete photo challenges, and share with the community.
3. Account Registration
To use DailyDice, you must:

- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting content, you grant DailyDice a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it complies with our Community Guidelines.
5. Community Guidelines
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or violence
- Infringes on intellectual property rights

DailyDice uses automated and manual moderation to enforce Community Guidelines. Violations may result in:

DailyDice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyDice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
